Irene Ratliff owns Luminess Med Spa and performs the injections herself. She will explain what a treatment involves, what it will not do, and when the sensible answer is to wait.

One provider, and the time to explain
-
Thorough
Irene explains what she is doing and why, and she does not rush an appointment to fit another one behind it.
-
Evidence-based
She works from the current literature and from training she keeps up to date, not from whatever is being marketed this season.
-
Honest
Clients write that she is honest even when she could profit. If a treatment is not right for you, she says so.

How a first visit works
- Book
- Pick a time online. New clients are booked into a consultation rather than a treatment slot, so there is room to talk first.
- Arrive
- Gate Parkway, Suite 109, with parking at the door. Come with a clean face if you can, and give yourself a few minutes.
- Consult
- Irene takes your history in person, looks at your face in good light, and tells you what she would and would not do.
- Decide
- Nothing is booked in the room under pressure. You can leave with a plan and a price and take a week to think.
- Treat or plan
- If it suits you and there is time, treatment can happen the same day. If not, you leave with the sequence written down.
The Skin Club
$149 per month. Sample pricing for demonstration.
-
Credit
Each month banks $149 of treatment credit in your name, and the credit holds for up to six months.
-
Pricing
Members pay ten percent less on treatments, and one signature facial is included every quarter.
-
Terms
Cancel anytime after the first three months. No package to use up on a deadline.
She's very thorough, kind, thoughtful, honest and talented. She made me feel totally comfortable throughout the entire process, taking the time to understand my needs.
She is 100% honest and transparent, even when she could otherwise profit.

Questions worth asking any injector before you book
What to ask about training, product handling, and who is holding the needle, wherever you go.
-
What natural results actually means
The phrase gets used loosely. Here is what Irene means by it when she uses it in a consultation.
-
Is your provider keeping current?
Why continuing education matters in this field, and how to find out whether someone is doing it.
Not sure which treatment to ask about?
The assistant explains what a treatment involves, how long it takes, and what the days afterwards look like. It does not give medical advice, and it will not tell you whether something suits you. Only a consultation with Irene can do that.
