How it works
You join online with an email address and a card. Billing starts that day and repeats monthly on the same date.
On the first of each month, the credit is added to your name in the practice. You do not have to claim it or remember a code, and it is not tied to a particular treatment.
Booking works the way it always does. Pick a time, come in, and at checkout the member price is applied first and the credit comes off after that. If the balance is more than the credit on file, you pay the difference. If it is less, the rest stays banked.
Cancelling is an email or a sentence at an appointment. After the first three months, billing stops at the end of the current month, and any credit already banked stays usable for the rest of its six months.

Questions
Can I use the credit on anything?
Credit applies to any treatment on the menu, including a facial with Bailey. It does not apply to retail skincare or to the monthly membership charge itself. If a treatment costs more than the credit on file, you pay the difference at the practice.
What if I miss a month?
Nothing is lost. The credit banks whether or not you come in, and it stays available for six months from the month it was added. Plenty of members skip a season and use two visits worth of credit at once.
Can I pause the membership?
There is no pause. After the first three months you can cancel and rejoin later, and any credit already banked stays available for the rest of its six months.
How do I cancel?
Email the practice or say so at an appointment. After the first three months, billing stops at the end of the current month. There is no cancellation fee and nobody will ask you to sit through a retention conversation.
