Accessibility

• Every page uses real landmarks: a banner, a navigation region, a single main region, and a content info footer, so a screen reader can move between them directly.
• A skip link is the first thing in the tab order on every page and jumps straight to the main content.
• Navigation, the booking flow, and the assistant panel are operable with a keyboard alone. Nothing needs a mouse, a hover, or a drag.
• Focus is always visible. The outline is not removed anywhere, and it does not disappear against a dark band.
• Motion is optional. The fade and rise on scrolled content runs only where the operating system reports no reduced motion preference, and nothing on the site autoplays, loops, or moves without being asked.
• Every image carries a text alternative describing what is in it, along with a width and a height so the layout does not jump while it loads.
• Text and interface colors meet AA contrast against their backgrounds, including the garnet buttons, the slate body copy, and the small print in the footer.
• Headings run in order without skipped levels, and each page has exactly one first level heading.
• Form fields carry real labels rather than placeholder text, and errors are given as text next to the field rather than by color alone.
• Layouts reflow rather than shrink. Columns stack on a narrow screen, text stays at a readable size, and nothing depends on a fixed page width.

This is a demonstration site built to show what a finished site would be, so some of it is standing in for the real thing.

• Several images are placeholders. They carry descriptive alt text for the image that will replace them, and the dimensions are reserved so the layout does not shift when the real files land.
• The assistant is a text interface. It has no voice input or output, and it may be offline, in which case the panel shows a plain list of treatment links instead.
• The booking flow is a demonstration. It does not connect to a real calendar and it does not take payment.
• Any accessibility claim here has been checked by hand and with automated tooling, but no site is finished. If something is broken for you, that is a defect and we want to know.

If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, write to hello@luminessmedspa.com and say what you were trying to do, which page you were on, and what stopped you. Include the browser and any assistive technology you were using if you know it. That detail is what makes a fix possible.

Anything you cannot do on this site can be done in the practice instead. Booking, questions, and paperwork are all handled in person or by telephone.
